Faith In Action

Our School and Sixth Form are guided by the principles of Catholic Social Teaching: the dignity of the person, solidarity, the common good, preferential option for the poor, care for creation and guiding actions toward a more just society.

We discuss and support causes that matter such as equality and empowerment, the need to End Violence Against Women, Sustainability and Citizenship and we look to put our faith into action. In our local community we encourage students, for example, to volunteer and support in local care homes and primary schools and as part of a global community we take part in overseas educational projects to support underprivileged children in Kenya and Portugal.  These activities allow students to make a real difference while living our values.
