Leadership Opportunities

At Holy Cross, students in Years 7–11 are given a wide range of opportunities to step into leadership and make a meaningful difference. From roles such as Form Captain or Vice Form Captain, to leading teams as Sports Captains, or championing key areas as Mental Health, Social Justice, Eco, or Digital Ambassadors, there are many ways to get involved and take initiative. Students can also represent their peers through the School Council, playing an active role in shaping school life for the whole community.

These experiences help students grow in confidence, develop responsibility, and strengthen teamwork skills, while giving them the opportunity to have a real and positive impact on their school environment.
