Interventions
At Holy Cross, our intervention programme gives students extra support and enrichment beyond the classroom. Sessions are held at lunchtime and after school to help students build confidence, strengthen skills, and reach their full potential in both academic and creative subjects.
There are two types of sessions for Years 10 and 11:
Year 10/11 Drop-In Sessions
Flexible support and enrichment across Maths, Science, Languages, Music, RE, Health & Social Care, Art, Dance, Geography, and more. Open to all students; drop in as needed.
Year 11 Targeted Intervention Sessions
Compulsory sessions for students needing extra support in core subjects like Maths, Science, RE, and Chemistry.
