Drugs Education Workshop for Year 10 students

Year 10 watched the thought provoking performance of Mark Wheeller’s play: “I love you mum, I promise I won’t die” performed by the Wizard Theatre in collaboration with the drugs education charity DSM Foundation. The powerful and very moving play is about 16 year old Daniel Spargo-Mabbs who died in January 2014 from ecstasy. The play was followed by an interactive drugs education workshop with the aim of raising drugs awareness and teaching young people the devastating impact loss of young life has on the family.
