St. Theresa’s Student Support Area

St. Theresa’s is our student support area.

Our SENDCo Ms Cappalonga, our Assistant Head for Inclusion Ms Santoo and Mrs Ede our Inclusion Co-ordinator and our learning support team are all based in this area.

It is a safe haven for our students who can sometimes find life very challenging. They can access this quiet, user-friendly area all day, before and after school. We are dedicated to supporting our students’ learning needs and social and emotional well-being.

Students wanting to be in an informal but safe and secure area at break and lunchtime can use our ‘cosy’ room. Easy chairs, coffee tables and lots of books offer students a safe haven in which they can talk to members of staff, read, chat, play games or do jigsaws with their friends.
