We are delighted to have received a congratulatory letter from the Minister of State for Schools for being in the top 5% of schools nationally for the excellent progress students make between Key Stage 2 (at the end of primary school) and the end of Key Stage 4 (Year 11). This progress is reflected in the outstanding 2016 GCSE results where 85% of our students achieved A*-C grades (including English and Maths). The school is ranked 1st for progress when compared to schools nationally with a similar intake.
“The letter from the Minister reflects the consistently high quality of teaching across all areas of the curriculum and the enthusiasm of your daughters to learn – a very successful recipe!”
Tom Gibson, Headteacher.
